At Technotab, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible delivery experience. We offer a variety of shipping methods to choose from, and our packaging is designed to ensure that your packages arrive in perfect condition. Our shipping costs are affordable, and we provide free standard shipping for all orders. We believe in transparency when it comes to our shipping policy. If there are any delays or issues with your order, we will notify you immediately. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Technotab. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that some items may not be eligible for a return or exchange, and this will be clearly indicated on the product page.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE AN ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED?
Our delivery policy is product specific with some products delivered between 1-3 Business days and others have a lead time up to 7-14 Business days and is stated under product info. To ensure prompt delivery and service, all our products are couriered by a reliable courier company and require a signature. You will be provided with a courier name and tracking number to track your order.
*Please note that during peak season like Black Friday and Christmas delivery times may vary due to the courier companies being very busy.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for reshipment.
ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflects in our bank account.
30 DAY POLICY FOR RETURNS:
• Technotab provides a 30-day replacement/refund under the following circumstances:
• The product received is not the product that was ordered*;
• The product is faulty;
• The product is unwanted;
• The 30-day replacement warranty is valid for 30 days starting on the date of purchase as indicated on the order invoice.
• Refunds take 3-5 working days to be processed

Please note:
If you return a defective/unwanted product to us, you must ensure that the product is returned in mint condition and in the original packaging. If you fail to return all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Defective products can be returned within 7 days from the delivery date by contacting info@technotab.co.za.
A “Defective Product is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances. The product must be defective in itself (due to manufacture or design fault) and not damaged due to inappropriate use. -
When returning a product within the standard return period, a customer must provide full reasons for alleging that the product is defective, including stating how the product was utilized during the period that it was in the customer’s possession
T'S AND C'S
1. Once Technotab receives the order and payment we will process and notify you once your order is dispatched.
2. Orders are based on the information provided by the customer when completing the online form. It is up to the customer to check and make sure all details are correct.
3. Our courier will deliver products door-to door based on the address supplied by the customer on the online form or via email. If the customer is not available at time of delivery the parcel will be left with someone at the property.
4 .Our courier does not deliver to PO. Boxes
5. Free delivery for all orders in SA.
6. Should a package not be delivered to you through reasons beyond the courier's control e.g. no-one on the premises/unable to answer calls/invalid or incomplete address, the courier will attempt a second delivery and you will be contacted directly to make arrangements for delivery. If you are still unreachable the parcel will be returned to Technotab to await further word from you. Technotab will reserve the right to charge delivery the next time the parcel is dispatched. The original delivery fee will not be refunded.
7. The customer will be notified when parcel has been dispatched with a tracking number.
8. Availability of stock- Please note that our stock is based on demand so if we are out of stock of a certain product we will notify you immediately and inform you if there will be a delay in lead time
9. Devices sent in for repairs have and has not been collected or settled for a period of 90 days will be disposed as electronic waste
