Q: WHAT WARRANTY DO TECHNOTAB PRODUCTS HAVE?

A: All products that are bought from Technotab are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty unless specified differently on the product page.
Q: HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

A: All our orders are picked up and delivered by The Courier Guy or Buffalo Logistics. They will deliver your order directly to you. Please make sure that your address and contact details that you've provided are correct to ensure they can get to you ASAP! Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as someone needs to sign for the order.
Q: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

A: Orders placed with cleared payments before 11AM daily are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed with cleared payments after 11AM daily are dispatched the next business day. Main centers In-stock: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Pre-order: Orders are delivered within 7-14 business days. Regional and outlying area In-stock: Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Pre-order: Orders are delivered within 10-16 business days.
Q: WHERE WILL MY DEVICE BE FIXED IF BROKEN?

All devices are repaired at our own repair centre in Edenvale. NO DEVICES ARE SENT OVERSEAS FOR REPAIRS.
Q: HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We have multiple ways that you can pay for your order all of which are secure. Please see them below: REGULAR EFT One option is to pay by "Bank Deposit / EFT" which is still one of the most common payment methods in South Africa. If you choose this option at checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email with our bank details and the reference number to use. We will start processing your order as soon as your payment has been cleared, which can take up to 48 hours. Note: We bank with FNB so if you do as well, we should get your EFT payment instantly PAYFAST - CREDIT CARD, CHEQUE CARD OR DEBIT CARD We also partner with PayFast, one of South Africa's leading secure payment processors to offer a number of additional payment methods, including credit/cheque cards (Mastercard or Visa), debit cards payments. PayFast is selected by default at checkout. When you choose to use it, you're redirected to PayFast's secure website and then you can select which of these specific payment methods you want to use. Most PayFast payments clear instantly.
